More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Vegan, because just dont want to die from a heart-attack. Thats sooo 90's.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Wanna find and share good restaurants!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Stockholm, Sweden has a lot of great vegan restaurants. Other than that I mostly want to stay at home and bake stonebaked gluten-free vegan "pesto con spinachi" pizza.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

my own stonebaked pizza, my own taco pie, my own falafels, tacos, tortillas, burritoes, green curry tofu, baked sweetpotatoes with guacamole, noodles, sushi,

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Books - How Not To Die Movies - The Truth About Cancer Docuseries, Food Choices, Forks Over Knives, Before The Flood, Uprooting The Leading Causes Of Death by Michael Greger
