I am a retired academic librarian from the United States. While I started my career in the US, most of my work was as an international librarian at UAEU in the Emirates. Love to read, write, bike, swim, walk a lot, discover new places, and cook Whole Food Plant Based, SOFAS-free (no Sugar, Oil, Flour, Alcohol, or Salt!)! I also love discovering new recipes, or modifying traditional ones to be SOFAS-free. Really does reverse a lot of chronic diseases!
