More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Although I'm labelled as vegan here, it's momre accurate to say I'm a pescatarian who is dairy-free! I still occasionally eat sustainably sourced fish when my body craves it, as well as free-range eggs too. I've just made a decision to cut out milk, cheese, butter and all things dairy from my diet, as well as all meat that comes from industrial farming methods. My main reason: The environment.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It seems like a great place to learn about the vegan diet and share experiences.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Sweden is one of my favourite countries and is very switched on when it comes to vegetarian and vegan food. I'm hoping to travel through central and south America some day :-)
