Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

For me adopting a vegan diet is a no-brainer. But everyone is on their own path so I'm not pointing fingers just hoping more people can find out how truly satisfying it can be once you conquer your cravings.

I joined Happy Cow to hook up with more vegans and enjoy the growing community. If it can help the HealthEnut to be more visible then my job is easier in trying to help people be healthier.
