Barefoot runner, Saunapreneur, Dad, Husband, and many other things. 25 years vegetarian, 15 years vegan, and now about 75% fruitarian, raw till 4 style (fruit until dinner): high carb, very low fat, and built around simple whole foods. I usually eat one cooked meal a day, so I’ve learned to really cherish it. I love making that meal as healthy and delicious as possible, because those two things are absolutely not mutually exclusive. I also love eating out occasionally. Indian and Thai are my favorites, especially curry, which I am fully addicted to. But sometimes, vegan pizza is just necessary.
