Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Because I (repeat, in particular I and maybe not all the people) could live without eating another animals. Then, why I would need to make them suffer only to satisfy my selfish whims of certain flavors? (And plus yet if I can eat some vegan/vegetarian food with the same flavor.)
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Because is good to share knowledge with others in the same situation, and because in that way we could grow up quickly. All of us could take then some advantage from this page. And the people who decides to take this way could do it more easily with the help of this page.

Savory Food: Spaghetti with filetto sauce. Soy hamburgers. Breaded aubergine with rice and vegetables. Lentejas con hongos, cebolla, cebolla de verdeo y ají rojo. Fideos de arroz. Ensaladas variadas. Fugazza and other vegan pizzas (with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, arugula, parsley, oregano, olives, etc.). Faina. Cherry tomatoes. French fries. Puree. Onion rings. Vegetable croquettes. Aubergine paste. Hummus. Carrot mayonnaise. Sweet Food: Soy Milk Caramel. Vegan flaky biscuits. Vegan Brownies. Peanut butter. Fruits (bananas, kiwis, pineapples, strawberries, tangerines, oranges, peaches, apricots, nectarines, apples, cherries, plums, blueberries, etc.).
