Hi! My name is Pauliina and I'm the vegan owner of a vegan restaurant in Canggu and two vegan school cafés at the Green School, Bali, called Living Food Lab. I care about the health of our planet, our bodies, and our fellow sentient beings. I want to make a change through offering vegan food in schools and hospitals, as well as educating our guests onsite and online about how to take care of body, mind and soul, Mother Earth and each other in a way that is kind and compassionate.
