More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I became vegetarian at 12 after ordering chicken at a restaurant and ending up with something like a carcass on my plate. I didn't really like meat anyway and I'd always been concerned with eating a living being. Then, at 19 I decided to make the leap to vegan. I hate the exploitation of animals and think every living being should experience a full and wonderful life.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I love finding new places to eat that offer actually vegan meals rather than having to veganise dishes. It's great to be able to connect with people that share my views when I'm surrounded by carnivores in my personal life.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love Brighton; the sea, the wide variety of cultures, th food experiences on offer, it's just perfect. My next dream destination in London, there's just so much ready and waiting to explore.
