Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I began veganism as a way to improve my overall health; after learning about the huge impacts the meat and dairy industry had on our environment, I knew I'd be vegan for life. I am now studying to Environmental Studies at University of Central Florida.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I want others to be able to find easily vegan accessible meals.

I'm a simple kind of person, who could live off of fruit and potatoes. But am absolutely hooked on my local vegan restaurant's BBQ Pulled sliders (made from Jackfruit) and their Mac&Cheese.
