Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Loved Busan South Korea and Hokkaido Japan. I would love to visit Italy, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, and (at home) Portland, and Seattle one day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Hummus, The Complete Cookie (PB), all the beans, anything Gardein.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Of course Forks Over Knives, Cowspiracy, and Earthlings if anyone is interested in going vegan.
