Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
While at home I eat a predominately Vegan diet, but since being on the road, I have chosen to be more flexible as to ensure I am experiencing the local cuisine as authentically as possible! I prefer to eat vegan (sometimes vegiterian) for health and wellness reasons, as well as for environmental.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been all over Europe, I have lived in Germany and in Australia as well (in addition to the US of course). I'd love to one day visit India and Japan, but I have to focus on this trip first.

I love avocado on EVERYTHING! I recently got into zoodles, I've just started exploring vegan cheeses, and I think of myself as an amateur plant burger critic!
