Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
For ethical reasons. For the animals, for the planet and for my health! I was raised an omnivore by my family, transitioned to veg and then vegan as I made the connection to the animals!

I have only ever travelled overseas to New Zealand (which I adore very much), Hong Kong and Malaysia! I have loved them a?l but would love to do more travel, if I have the means in the near future!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Smoothies and fruit, occasionally vegan junk food, yum cha, tofu, and I just love experimenting with new recipes!
