About:
Vegan and raw chef - in training - continuing to educate and expand skills with Matthew Kenney Stopped eating meat, eggs, milk in the 80's and would be mostly vegan, had issues with still eating processed vegan food. In 2005 read skinny bitch and went full on Vegan and started educating myself through Hippocraties and Gerson Therapy. I found the cleaner I ate the better I felt. In 2014 I started taking the Matthew Kenney chef courses and continuing with them still, from sports nutrition, Superfoods, plant base desserts, culinary nutrition and raw level 1 & 2.

More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

The thought of eating animal products grosses me out. I also eat as clean as possible for my health.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

To find places to eat vegan when traveling or when new ones pop up in my area.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love to be out side in nature and mostly in gardens. One place I would love to visit is Nepal.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Anything by Matthew Kenney and his creative and innovative team! I am not much for processed foods, but I do love all of Navitas Naturals products.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Any cookbooks by Matthew Kenney, byChloe
