Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I feel best when I eat vegan with lots of greens, like my nuts and seeds to I feel clean, well and healthy eating this way but also like to experience the delicious tasting foods, I am an age when I could experience lots of aches and pains, I feel so healthy and don't have that experience and I'm so happy every day and thankful for our earth and the vegetable and fruits nuts and seeds from which that we can make delicious dishes. Feel your vibrance!

I love it that there's one site that is truly interested in health and wellness and provides an outlet for people who want to eat this way!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love to go to different countries, states in the U. S. Being in Albuquerque, NM I'm thankful that I could open a restaurant and getting wonderful feedback and I applaud all the local restaurants in town that are working to achieve this. I love Karen's raw in Chicago, Café Gratitude in San Francisco, Many wonderful restaurants in San Diego. Be a foodie in vegan or raw food in LA, Florida, Seattle, Portland, Milwaukee.....
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I just love Salads, Raw soups creamy and delicious like spinach, squashes, I love a lightly cooked Asian veggie soup, creative takes on handheld foods like roll ups with veggies and sauces, Italian, latin, Spanish, French, ethnic takes on foods and the process of creating new dishes.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
So many books Matthew Keanney, Cherie Soria my teacher's at living light and staff, too many to count. Jennifer Cornbleet for raw. I could keep going on for a while, thanks for lots of cookbook authors and inspiration can come out of a regular cookbook pre vegan I can get ideas from... Thanks to all the people who want to share and teach wonderful foods to stay well and vibrant!
