Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I started to consider going vegan after watching "Forks over Knives". I have always been interested in health benefits of plants (Like anti oxidants, and vitamins etc) and was blown away by the health benefits. After watching Cowspiracy it became much clearer. Since I have learned more about the treatment of animals etc. and it all builds up.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Want to learn more about local vegan restaurant alternatives in my area, as well as on travel.
