Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
1. A plant based diet is good for the planet. 2. Animals are living beings and taking a life in any form is wrong. 3. I feel healthy and happy on a Vegan diet. 4. I like to get others excited about delicious Vegetarian food.

Happy Cow is a wonderful and well organized resource. I have used them for years but finally decided to connect with them and write my first review while on vacation in Venice, Italy.
