Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Florence was great in terms of raw and vegan options. Thailand is great for raw vegans. Vienna is good for vegans. Copenhagen is not so bad but can be better. Not a great choice in Amsterdam. Many places in plan to visit.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Green smoothies, vegan lasagne
