Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I prefer being a vegan, because meat and dairy, haven't set we'll with me for a long time, especially dairy products. Besides I prefer my vegan lifestyle way better, and I love being creative with my cooking.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Some of my favorite staples are nutritional yeast, TVP,and Tofu. I love broccoli, and Tofu Scramble, Garlic, Mac and Non Chesse. Vegan Pies, and Pizza, Tostitos, Garbonzo Beans, Jackfruit! Oh! Theirs so much, the list goes on!
