Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I try to enjoy as healthy a life style as I possibly can. I prefer vegetarian foods I find them much more flavorful and the possibilities are endless.

I like to make a whole wheat wrap,with stir fried tempah onions,peppers,a little hot sauce,cumin salt and pepper add sliced avacodo and lightly mayonaise
