Hello JaqueenLaw,
Hi, I was just wondering, I am new to this website page, not to mention I am basically looking for people to either coach, support or just be friends with as I want to undergo or eat foods which are raw sourced and in their as natural form possible. (raw as possible, raw foodist but vegetarian is fine, I am a bit concerned of how i get proper protein or calcium, heard soy is the strongest form?)
I also want to tell you, its amazing how I stumbled across your name from Dimitri's site which Eric recommended me try him for a first friend, you might only be my second if you accept my invitation.
I am going overseas very shortly, I am travelling to Malaysia, Kuala loompa. Wondering even though your just vegetarian, do you know where there could be resturants or cafes, eat out places which cater for raw foodist style food? also curious as I have never been there nor overseas in my life (fully new adventure!) is it safe to trust the raw fruit/ vegetables in malaysia? i do but i have heard rumours from too many people about how its safe but the water they wash the fruit/vegetables with, river water? could make me feel a bit sick if my bodys immune system isnt tolerant to it.
