Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Binge watched a lot of documentaries such as Cowspiracy, Forks Over Knives, Blackfish, Food Inc, Supersize Me, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, (have to admit that I still haven't watched earthlings). But it all makes so much sense. I study chemistry at university, and when looking at environmental chemistry the figures show livestock to be the biggest contributor to green house gases (I was taught this at GCSE, but no one ever commented on how we could target with this issue.) After looking at youtube videos for a while, i decided to try it. I was never big on dairy or meat but became vegetarian for 2 months and felt instantly better, eating more vegetables automatically without it feeling like a chore or as though i was on some diet. Then, at the beginning of 2015 I went cold turkey. Cutting out cheese and chocolate (only dairy products I really ate) and my skin has cleared up and I just feel generally better with more energy.

homemade potato chiplets, bananas (be it in smoothies, icecream or by themselves), I like most if not all food! OREOS! heehe
