Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
There are only 3 reasons as to why being vegan makes sense for me: 1) Animal ethics, 2) Environmental protection; and 3) My health. All are equally important to me and I really take them seriously.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It is a great platform! I have benefited from it during my trips around the world, so I wanted to also contribute.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Places I've been that I've liked: Bangkok, Portland, Sydney, Nairobi, Paris, Berlin, Bali. Worth visiting in the future: Durban, Melbourne, Santiago, Accra.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Gazpacho, brownies, green smoothies of any type that are not too bitter.

The China Study. Eating Animals. Those are the basics, but a good place to start.
