Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat vegan so as to avoid harm to animals, to protect the environment and for my health and well-being.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I travel a lot and wanted to be able to find vegan food to eat wherever I am.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like Scotland, Italy and India. I would like to visit Canada and I would like to see the northern lights.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love hummus and baba ganoush, ice cream made from frozen bananas and berries and pasta with veggies, beans and vegan pesto.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
