More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

It just feels right...

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Support, information on stores and restaurants, to meet like-minded individuals, to help others by giving my own feedback.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've been to England, Scotland, Hawaii, Tobago, Nassau in the Bahamas, Spain, Catalonia (Barcelona),France (I didn't like Paris too much), Germany-Berlin (which I loved), The Netherlands (which was awesome except for Amsterdam), Mexico, Belize, The Cayman Islands (where I visited the town called hell hahaha) and other places too. I'd love to tour around South America, Thailand, India, more of Spain, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, and so many more places!

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Sprouts, veggie burgers, vanilla soy milk, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Agave syrup, carob, steamed veggies, Strawberries, blueberries, apricots, peaches, bananas, homemade peanut butter and jelly cookies, veggie "chicken" pot pie, Garden veggie soup, veggie chili, Stir-fry veggies, soy ice cream, Cereal!, spinach tortillas, ohh spinach, corn, pesto, whole wheat/rice pasta, marinara sauce, smoothies, all natural pop tarts from trader-joes (when I get sick its all I'll eat!), cilantro, basil, garlic, mushrooms, chai tea packets (not the sugar mix), and so much more! Theres always somthing, I love getting creative with my food!

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Skinny Bitch, What the bleep do we know?, the Celestine prophecy. (for now)
