In my fourties and vegetarian since 2022. I had bariatric surgery so I can only eat small portions. We are a family with kids so eating out is always a challenge. Evenmore so because hubby is still eating meat. We try to find restaurants that are family friendly and have good vegetarian and/or vegan options.
