I’m a global vegetarian foodie and proud!! I grew up on a staple of East Indian/Caribbean/Creole/and Middle Eastern delights but I love Chinese, Italian, Buddhist, Indian, Latin, Mediterranean and Japanese. My vegetarian transformation is 30 years in the making; shifting from high carb, protein deficit meals to balanced plant based alternatives and loving the benefits along the way. More energy, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, better sleeps, and less doctor prescribed meds. I have also layered Ayurvedic teachings as well which has helped my mental and physical well being, energy and general positive state of being.
