- About:
- Opened in spring 2015, and few months after cooking vegetarian food, GYVAS baras became all vegan on July 13 and is the FIRST VEGAN BAR RESTAURANT in Lithuania. Prepares vegan food with large variety, including weekly new flavors of burgers made with ingredients like tofu or sweet potato or bean. Offers daily changing business lunch. Features a selection of beer and cider. Good news - from 17/12/2016 GYVAS baras is on new address - 11 Trak? str. Trak? street is well known part of Vilnius, where nightlife is more active then in other parts of city. Come and try our new menu with portobello patty burger, red falafels, mint soup, green curry (spicy) and vegan chicken Kiev! Also our big spicy seitan burger is worth a sin... GYVAS baras working ours now are longer. Visit us for tasty food, big selection of Lithuanian and international beers, and spend great time watching football or basketball games on our charming old TV's :)
