Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love Penang because there are so many great veggie restaurants. Also love Chiang Mai and Ubud for veggie food.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Living in Penang where tofu is very cheap, I have really gotten into Tempeh (fermented soybean).
