Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Since I had read Happy Cow reviews for years, I figured it was high time I began writing some myself!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Three places I've been that I liked: London, San Diego, and Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Places I would like to visit (again, many times, even though I've been to them before): San Diego; Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney; Phoenix; Flagstaff; Albuquerque. One place I'd like to visit that I've never been: Santa Fe.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Spicy Eggplant with rice and tofu; vegetable fried rice (with egg), spinach with garlic sauce, vegetable spring rolls, fried vegetable dumplings, vegetable lo mein; Bhindi Masala, Palak (or Saag) Paneer, Yellow Dal, and various other Indian dishes with rice; cheese enchiladas, chile relleno, guacamole and chips, rice and beans; bean, rice & cheese burrito with sour cream and guacamole; macaroni & cheese; fettucini alfredo; Spanakopita; falafels; Greek Salad; eggplant parmesan with spaghetti; steamed veggies with melted cheese and rice; cheese omelet (or scrambled eggs) with hash browns, toast & butter; English muffin with butter & honey! There are SO many more!

See above for my favorite book. I really don't have a favorite magazine. Three of my favorite movies are "True Grit," "A Taste of Honey," and "The Egyptian."
