We are a project run by rehab republic e.V. in Munich, led by volunteer contributors. A lot has happened in recent years: more and more cafés, restaurants and even fast food giants are offering plant-based alternatives. At many bakeries, it is still difficult to find a vegan snack to go. The vegan selection is often limited to plain bread and pretzels. Vegan sweet pastries are a rarity. We want to change that!
