Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Veganism affords the opportunity to slow down climate change. Also, it's a way to live a kinder life, and one not contributing to the billions of animals killed each year for food. There are so many alternatives available. I made my choice to not contribute to practices that I don't support almost a year ago, and it's the best one I ever made :)

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I'll be visiting Azerbajian in a few months and I'm really excited about that! I love to travel to new places and learn about the culture. This summer I will be backpacking alone for the first time in Asia. Some of the places I've visited (and loved!) include Edinburgh, Bucharest and Istanbul. I lived in Switzerland for 6 months and would like to live in other places around the world!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love food and could not possibly choose! I love to eat food from all over the world: curry's, springrolls, roti, pasta, dumplings, falafel, etc. For Christmas I made the Thanksgiving Roast by Hot for Food blog, which was a hit!
