More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I am lighter and more energetic, both of which fuels me whenever I fancy going for a run or bending my body. I also suspect vegan women taste better. My ethics are central to how I live. Check out United Poultry Concerns website: http://www.upc-online.org

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

To be with like-minded people, to find real food places which don't require enslavement, brutality, torture, decapitation and murder.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Switzerland is so incredibly beautiful. I want to visit Colombia, Mexico, New Zealand, and countless other places.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Soyade yogurt, Nature's Path Granola, Zaytoun Medjouls, watercress, mangoes, cherries Cookies and Scream, Ms Cupcake

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Eat and Run by Scott Jurek; Animal Rights by Gary Francione & Anna Charlton; How Not to Die by Dr Michael Greger. Norte: The End of History. Midnight Special
