More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I began my vegan journey in April 2011 and prefer to eat vegan as much as possible for reasons concerning animal ethics (or rather, the lack of). Non-veggies/non-vegans might benefit from watching Earthlings online for free: http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/earthlings/

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I joined Happy Cow to write reviews of the restaurants and cafes that I have visited and to share my photos of delicious veg-friendly meals that I have had the pleasure of eating!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

New York, London and Berlin are amazing for veg-friendly food. I would love to explore California for vegan food.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Favorite plant-based foods include vegan chocolate, cupcakes, pasta and fruit.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Being Vegan by Joanne Stepaniak is very helpful for new vegans. Skinny Bitch is also good.
