Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat vegan mainly for health reasons. Since we're all living longer... want to be active, healthful and flourishing for all my years on this earth. And I want the earth to if not benefit from my presence, to at least not be harmed by it.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To support the effort to keep relevant info on vegetarian/vegan options currant and available.
