Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Body, Soul, Planet. Body: For my health. Soul: My conscience does not allow me to participate in the factory farming of animals and the taking of life for food when it is not necessary. Planet: Veganism reduces pollutants and is good for the environment.
