Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I prefer to eat raw vegan, meaning no dehydration, no prep, no other process than to pick and clean off. I do now eat cooked lentils, beans, etc and I do cook brown rice. I do grind flax seed.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To connect with other vegans or vegetarians and hope some are around my age.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love the coldness of the Northern USA states.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tomatoes. Black Grapes, Black berries (can never get enough). Shredded cabbage with carrots. Love steamed greens. There is another veg I do process.
