Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I began for health reasons and compassion for animaals followed as a byproduct of my learning.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To help easily locate restaurants where it is easy to eat - especially when traveling.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I would love to visit the Maldives one day. Anywhere exotic where I can paddleboard.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I am pretty much addicted to Seitan and make it myself. If I find a restaurant who serves it, they get bonus points :-) I am very good in the kitchen and can take pretty much any recipe and veganize it for you.
