Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Being a Christian I started with heavy prayer time doing the "Daniel Fast" which is closely related to a raw diet. A Few weeks following the fast I went for a check up with lab test. The doctor informed me to continue doing what I was doing. I contribute to my health, spiritually and physically, and to the world community by choosing a vegan lifestyle. I hope others will do likewise.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Being a vegan can be challenging if you do not have places to go and eat. This community is very limited in the food industry. I came across the app and fell in love with all that Happy Cow offers. It has helped me in so many ways and while I look around for new places I have the opportunity to help others in their search for Good Eats...
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Going through this list would take some time so I will keep it simple. Basically, all east coast and most of the Caribbean. Loved the islands. St Martin may have been my favorite. Really looking forward to visiting India someday.
