Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
i mainly eat vegetarian because i believe in not harming other living things. i am also highly allergic to milk, and find that i am much healthier without it or other animal products.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
i would like to help review places i have eaten to give others good ideas of where we can eat kindly.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
i loved austrailia, firenze, and the west coast. wold love to visit india.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
i love tofu scramble, bean dishes, hummous, salads of all types and anything with mushrooms and apple cider vinegar.
