This site seems to be a good source for information about vegan and vegan-friendly places of purchase in my area.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love Sprouts and Whole Foods, as well as many of the restaurants I've tried. My favorite is Sipz! The one with the parking lot, not the 30th Street one.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
NOOCH. avocado. banana. Daiya. Shakeology.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
I have a list of probably 30 Netflix Instant Documentaries and Movies that support veganism. I send it to anyone who asks. at the end of the list, there are about 90 more films that encompass all of the aspects of veganism, like the environmental impact, the physiological effects, and the ecoLogical aspects of being vegan/awesome.
