This is me breathing... For all intensive purposes I am still the Ben you remember from back in the day. A few more gray hairs, and wrinkles, with out the assistance of theater make-up. Changes I have made to my life include becoming aware that all sentient life is precious, therefore the thought of harming any animals for any purpose is appalling to me. My new found clarity is moving me in the direction of a plant based diet and a Vegan lifestyle. Life will always have some challenges to accomplish my goals, and I, in time, shall.
