Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm Vegan because I don't believe in torturing, eating or wearing animals for taste or pleasure. Secondly it has great health benefits and helps the environment! GO VEGAN!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Like minded folk! And a good place to read reviews on vegan fooderies and find places to eat all over the world!! :)
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Barcelona was lovely and had some nice little vegan places to eat.... GOPAL was my fave with many varieties of vege burgers and soya meat... DELISH!!I love Loch Lomund in Scotland. I want to trek South America- Argentina and also New Orleans and Texas, Australia and Southern Germany. Also Venice before it sinks!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Houmous with warm wholemeal pitta bread to dip in, three-bean salads, anything with TOFU, Garlic and Chillies in :) Also addicted to Redwoods vegan hotdogs!Roasted red pepper, garlic, garlic, GARLIC and cous cous. Any sweet vegan treats :p

The gourmet vegans blog- http://www.theveganhousehold.com/recipes/ Ive made about half of the recipes here, there amazing! Finding Vegans Blog has aload of simple and delicious recipes , I often make get all my weekly recipe ideas from here http://www.findingvegan.com/ and also http://www.veganricha.com/ and http://www.coconutandberries.com/ are good ones, particularly for desserts!!
