Found an amazing raw gluten free vegan place in Olympia on my vacation through this site and wanted to find others like that place.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Prasad In Portland is amazing!! Everything I have had has been yummy. Also Peace, Love & Raw in Olympia. The works sandwich is worth the drive. Wish they were in Portland.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Nuts, seeds veggies over all amaranth and quinoa.
