Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's healthier, cheaper, cleaner, easier, better for the enviroment, I don't NEED meat, it makes me happier :)

I found the Weight Watchers meat free meals cookbook to be wonderful, I use the internet mostly so I don't know many food books! :/
