Hi Catherine, I love DIDI Cafe in Albufiera, and also EurAsia just off the Strip , you turn by the Adaei ? Hotel... Open from Midday, not Sunday's and is absolutely fab. Ask the owner, Mila, for vegan options, usually lots, she doesn't open evenings but you can get a takeaway for when she is closed.. We also love Senor Frogs, they have vegan pizzas and also vegan pasta, the owner is very helpful...
There is also a Chinese at the bottom of the strip near the roundabout. Usually a Chinese gentleman, the owner, is outside... We have lovely vegan meals there too. Freshly cooked.
You should have enough there.
