It was the 19th Feb. Check my review of Vegetalia, a place you can trust with real service and good food.
We went the 19th February and of all the places we have tried yours are the worst and most unprofessional.
As I said there is very little to choose in this city to have one less in the list.
Runners? There will always be.
Healthy? My friend ordered pasta and it looked like glue, even the waitress told us not to get a lemon pie as it was dreadful...
Really, you are looking for reasons outside instead on what could have happenedn too English for a Spanish business..

Hi CatBar. Please take a moment to re-read my review. As I mentioned, my partner had a burger. He also had a couple of beers. He's the beer connaisseur and I am not, which is why I made no mention of it in my review. But what a client decides to order from your menu is their choice. Your job is to make sure that every item on offer is of high quality, every day.
Re: the bottle of water, the waitress was supposed to bring it, since she brought us everything else. Again, as I mentioned in my review, I did not go claim a refund/bottle because she was overwhelmed. What I didn't add when I originally wrote the review, but I will now, is that frankly, by that point, we were just eager to get out of there.
It doesn't matter how the food tastes to the English owner but rather to your restaurant's international clients.
I find the way you tacked on irrelevant publicity at the end of your message tasteless.
