Hello Happy Cow Community! I am a Vegan in the Raleigh area, and I love to travel, try new vegan restaurants, cook, practice yoga, create art, and live a full life with my family and friends! While Raleigh has some great Vegan restaurants, it can be hard to be a Vegan in a non-Vegan world... I want to help the Vegan community and help to encourage non-vegan restaurants to be inclusive - offer vegan entrees (with protein!!)!
