Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Ever since my 1st and, only experience with a kidney stone early February of 2014, watching what I ate and, having it pass within 2 months, I was motivated to educate myself on unhealthy food/beverages and, therefore turning vegan early April. May have cheated a few times during the 1st couple of months but, I now always have a completely clear conscience whenever I'm shopping, eating out or, doing other fun activities.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I immensely enjoy sharing passion for the vegan lifestyle and/or, the ability to inspire, respect and/or, accept people for their path on eating healthier as well as their food choices/taste buds whether or, not they're vegan/vegetarian.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

No particular order: fruits/vegetables, vegan pizza, imitation meats, non-dairy milks, tofu, animal-free salsas/sauces/other condiments, whole grain bread, vegan ice cream, ramen (occasionally), and some others. I have yet to try/create vegan versions of cereals I had growing up, vegan non-carbonated root beer, vegan French toast casserole, certain smoothie combos, vegan eggnog, vegan version of the Quesarito, vegan version of a burger combo I always ordered at Five Guys, vegan soft pretzels, vegan versions of candies, etc.
