I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years here in Hawaii. One of my dreams was to have a restaurant where I could share all my wonderful recipes and use locally-grown ingredients one would find on the islands. My wish came true with the opening of CAFE ONO here at Volcano Garden Arts Gallery in Volcano Village. My inspiration comes from living in a rainforest.
