I went 'officially' vegan on the eve of my 16th birthday, in 1993. I am proud to be vegan, having fought breast cancer and conventional expectations. I worked for PETA as a Campaign Coordinator for Animals in 'Entertainment' and volunteered / worked & fundraised for many shelters and rescues throughout my years. I will never understand how anyone doesn't choose a vegan lifestyle. Cheers to speaking up and speaking out! Go Vegan!
